Ordering & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Standard UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes. We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £35. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please contact us within 24Â hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Q: Can I return unwanted items?
A: Yes, you have right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please email us at info@dhaarafoods.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Products & Quality
Q: Where do your products come from?
A: We source directly from trusted farms and our own rice mill in India, ensuring authenticity, quality control, and consistent grain standards.
Q: Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
A: Most of our dry grocery staples (rice, pulses, flours and millets) are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Please check individual product pages for specific ingredient information.
Q: Do your products contain allergens?
A: Some products may be packed in facilities that also handle allergens such as nuts, sesame, gluten, milk or soy. Always check product labels carefully before consumption.
Q: Do you sell only Dhaara branded products?
A: We primarily focus on our own Dhaara Foods branded products. However, we may occasionally stock selected trusted brands to complement our range.
