Returns & Refunds Policy

As we sell food and grocery products, returns are only accepted under the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

• Items must be unopened
• Packaging must be sealed and undamaged
• Products must be unused and in their original condition
• Goods must be suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost for change-of-mind returns.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened food items
• Items where the seal or packaging has been broken
• Products not in their original condition
• Goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene, food safety or health protection reasons
• Perishable items or items that may deteriorate quickly

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, Dhaara Foods will cover the return or replacement cost where a return is required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
