By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. PRODUCTS

We sell dry grocery items including rice, pulses, flours, spices and related food products.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary due to screen settings.

  • Packaging may differ slightly from images.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

All product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We accept secure payments via Shopify’s approved payment providers.

5. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel orders where stock is unavailable

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS (UK CONSUMERS)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You must return items:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if goods are:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable goods

  • Tampered packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

  • Product images

  • Text
